Cresendo: Bringing Tarlac City to greater economic heights

A good sign of a city’s economic potential would be the investment activities in the area, especially during hard times like this pandemic. We see businesses folding up in many places, but there are cities like Tarlac wherein growth and development are particularly evident.
Ayala Land Inc. (ALI) is pouring P18 billion into Tarlac City to develop Cresendo Estate, a 290-hectare contemporary urban estate that will feature a 32-hectare Industrial Park and a 42-hectare commercial district. Cresendo is seen to elevate and transform Tarlac City’s business ecosystem as it introduces world-class developments that are expected to catapult the city to the ranks of Asia’s most dynamic cities.
The estate will also host Don Bosco Cresendo, the newest campus of Don Bosco Tarlac, which will house its senior high school in 2023, and the Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Center in 2025.
Gateway to the north
Located close to major air and seaports like Clark International Airport, the Subic International Airport and Seaport, as well as expressways such as the NLEX, SCTEX, CLLEX, and TPLEX extension, Tarlac serves as a convergence point to serve various industries.
Tarlac City Mayor Maria Cristina Angeles says, “The strategic location of our city makes it a melting pot of different people and cultures. This diversity and accessibility will always open up the city to various opportunities and development.”
More employment opportunities
Cresendo is seen to drive Tarlac City’s economic growth by opening new business, education, and employment opportunities not just for Tarlac City’s population but also for other municipalities and even Nueva Ecija and Pampanga. In fact, Mayor Angeles calls Cresendo the city’s “partner in development”.
